By playing Banana Rampage you agree to these terms. The game is provided by 2C Studio.
The game
The game is free to play. We may change, balance or add content, seasons and items over time.
Purchases
- You can buy cosmetic items (outfits, effects) and a Premium Season Pass. They change how things look and give extra rewards on the pass; they never make a monkey stronger. Every item shows exactly what you get before you pay; there are no paid random boxes.
- Prices are set in US dollars and paid in USDC, SOL or SKR from your wallet. SOL and SKR amounts are calculated from live prices and are good for 10 minutes. Paying in SKR is 20% cheaper.
- Purchases are for players 18 or older. You pay from your own wallet; we never hold your keys.
- Seasons last about two months; Season 1 ends on 31 December 2026 (UTC). A Premium Season Pass is for the season named on it and is not renewed automatically: each new season has its own pass. Rewards you reached are yours to keep after the season ends; any you had not claimed are given to you automatically.
- Items are licensed to you for use in the game, are not transferable and have no cash value.
Refunds and problems
Blockchain payments cannot be reversed by us. If you paid and did not receive the item, or were charged twice, email 2c.studio.dev@gmail.com with the transaction signature. After we check it on chain we deliver the item or send the amount back to the paying wallet within 3 business days. This does not limit any rights you have under consumer law.
Restoring on a new phone
Purchases belong to the wallet you signed in with. On a new phone, sign in with the same wallet and they come back. Keep access to that wallet.
Fair play
Don't cheat, modify the app or exploit bugs to get paid items. We may refuse service for abuse.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, 2C Studio is not liable for indirect losses, wallet or network problems, or token price changes.
